The Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and its member companies, and the Texas Offices of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor (OSHA), all mutually recognize the importance of ensuring a safe and healthful work environment in the construction industry.

To advance this mutual goal, this Cooperative Safety Program (CSP) has been established to formalize a cooperative effort between these entities committed to encouraging companies to voluntarily improve their safety and health performance, providing methods to assist them in their efforts, and recognizing companies with exemplary safety and health programs.

ABC and OSHA have agreed to enter into a partnership with Burton Construction to enhance workplace safety and health. This is a great accomplishment for Burton Construction and demonstrates our efforts to provide a safe and effective working environment for Burton and its Subcontractors.
