Keith Good has over 30 years of industry experience and joined Burton Construction in 2008 to launch Burton’s Washington, DC office located in Vienna, VA.  Keith is technically proficient in architectural and structural design criteria and has earned high marks for on-time completion, quality control and safety in both public and private sectors.

Prior to Burton, Keith acted as Director Business Development and Project Executive for PCM Construction and was responsible for managing over $50M in at-risk negotiated, design-build, design-bid-build, and CM work.

His experience encompasses such project types as professional office buildings, retail centers, government and public facilities, historical renovations, educational facilities and hospitality.  Some of Keith’s most notable projects within his portfolio include 1625 Eye Street, World Bank Main Headquarters, Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Department of Justice, Samuel W. Tucker ES, UMBC Field House, Waters House Historic Renovation, Historic United Mine Workers Building at Summit Grand Parc, the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association new headquarters building and the Villages at Shirlington.

Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.  He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), National Association of School Business Officials (ASBO), Washington Building Congress (WBC), American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern Virginia Chapter, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
