Teddy Peinado has over twenty-three years of industry experience and joined Burton Construction in 2008 to launch the Burton office in Dallas, Texas.  Teddy is very well versed in all aspects of construction and development, and over the course of three years supervised over 11 million square feet of office and industrial exclusively through the use of the design-build delivery method.

Teddy has a diverse and extensive background in the construction industry acting in the capacity of Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Vice President, Executive Vice President and General Manager. Recently, Teddy performed in the capacity of Senior Vice President in charge of the South Region for Duke Construction.

He has participated in and supervision of all phases of construction including site development and analysis, schematic design and design development, estimating, proposals, buyout, submittals, cost analysis, scheduling, contract and subcontract administration and new contract acquisition.

Teddy received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, and his Master of Science in Construction Management, both from Texas A&M University.

In addition, Teddy has been involved in the following organizations: Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce: Large Industry Council and Development Fund Committees; Design Build Institute of America; International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); NAIOP Dallas Chapter; South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce; Texas A&M University – Century Club, 12th Man Foundation, Construction Management Association - Vice President, serves on the Professional Advisory and Development Board; and the University of Texas at El Paso – Sigma Phi Epsilon Former Alumni Board President.
