Kings Harbor | Building 6 Construction

We believe that the backbone of our business rests on the safety of our employees, subcontractors, suppliers and all trades affiliated with our projects.  We employ a variety of methods to ensure a safe environment and utilize a proactive methodology of compliance, participation, communication, and involvement with all trades that is conducive to reducing the risks associated with work performed on our projects.

In order to meet our on-going commitment of providing a safe work environment, we have invested in a dedicated Safety Department. Our in-house Safety Coordinator is a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) from the Texas A&M University System, Texas Engineering Extension Services (TEEX) OSHA Training Institute. In addition, our Safety Committee meets quarterly and reviews audit data from all our projects, subcontractor safety performance and any Federal Regulatory issues or concerns.

We are very proactive and committed to ensuring that all construction site personnel are aware of Burton Construction's strict safety policy and that all federal and company policies are adhered to on a daily basis.

Additionally, we have contracted with The Compliance Alliance (TCA) to act as our Safety Consultant. TCA conducts random site audits, support with process improvement and mediation with regulatory agencies should the need arise.
