Joshua Smith joined Burton Construction in 2008 to launch the Burton office in Phoenix, Arizona, and carries with him over twelve years experience in all aspects of construction, project management, and pre-construction services. 

His experience encompasses such project types as hospitality, clinical facilities, professional and medical office buildings, and retail centers. 

Prior to Burton, Joshua acted as Project Manager for The Weitz Company in Phoenix, Arizona, and he has worked extensively throughout Arizona and California.

Joshua received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Technology from Northern Arizona University. Joshua is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Phoenix Chapter, Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA), and is a graduate of the ABA's Leadership Development Forum program.
