Arizona Tile is a 295,000 SF tiltwall industrial warehouse with 15,000 SF of office space. The building features 12 helicopter fans, 40 loading docks, 2 large exterior canopies for exterior loading purposes, and card reader access for all exterior gates and operators.

The project utilized many creative and technologically advanced features especially for a warehouse facility. These features include: the use of propellor fans in the warehouse area to create a cooler atmosphere for all employees; the use of hi bay fluorescent T5 light fixtures in lieu of the standard warehouse hi-bay spots, these fixtures give out a brighter light output creating better levels of illumination thus providing employees a safer work environment.
