CityCentre is a 37-acre, mixed-use development at the southeast corner of I-10 and Beltway 8 - the former site of the old Town & Country Mall.

Envisioned by Midway Companies, CityCentre introduces a distinct blend of upscale retail shops, restaurants and entertainment space, state-of-the-art offices, luxury hotel topped with condominiums, urban lofts, apartments, and a fitness facility.

Phase I included site infrastructure and development, construction of buildings 1, 7, 10, 12, 13, and 15, structural  repairs and renovation of three garages, an addition of a garage stair and elevator tower, and tenant improvements on the second floor of building 12 for Midway Companies' new corporate offices.

Phase II consisted of completion of site infrastructure and development.
