CityCentre is a 37-acre, mixed-use development currently underway at the southeast corner of I-10 and Beltway 8 - the former site of the old Town & Country Mall.

Envisioned by Midway Companies, CityCentre will introduce a distinct blend of upscale retail shops, restaurants and entertainment space, state-of-the-art offices, luxury hotel topped with condominiums, urban lofts, apartments, and a fitness facility.

Phase I will include site infrastructure and development, construction of buildings 1, 7, 12, 13, and 15, structural repairs and renovation of three garages, an addition of a garage stair and elevator tower, and tenant improvements on the second floor of building twelve for Midway Companies' new corporate offices.
