CityCentre 12 is a 125,000 SF, five-story, Class “A” office building with ground retail.  Building is a steel frame structure with masonry facade, and curtain wall system.

In addition, Burton Construction provided high-end tenant improvements for developer Midway Companies’ new 16,000 SF office space; and Chancellor Properties’ 8,000 SF tenant build-out.
