Buildings 7 & 13, currently under construction, will be two five-story, urban lofts located within the CityCentre mixed-use development.

Building 7 will have 100 loft units with ground level retail and second floor parking garage.  The building is poured in place to level three with wood framing from levels three through five.

Building 13 will have 150 loft units with ground level retail, a poured in place podium deck at the second floor with wood framing from levels two through five.
