Independence Plaza is a two-building retail center consisting of 45,000 total SF.

Retail ‘A’ features 25,000 SF of rentable space that can be divided into 14 tenant suites. It features a 55’ tall radiused tower at the main entry plaza along with a 15’ tall stone water fountain.

Retail ‘C’ consists of 20,000 sf of flexible retail space accommodating up to 8 tenants. It also features a 6 flag flagpole monuments with a 15’ water feature consisting of 14 water spouts shooting upwards in a oscillating sequence.
