Kings Harbor is a dynamic waterfront, mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented village consisting of 40-acres and located in the heart of northeast Houston.

Kings Harbor broke ground in May 2006 and Phase I reached completion April 2007, with complete tenant move-in July 2007; and Phase II reached completion November 2007.

Phase I & II consists of five buildings totaling 183,000 aggregate SF of retail, restaurant and Class 'A' office uses, and a multi-level parking garage.

Owned and developed by the Midway Companies, Burton Construction was able to provide several pricing alternates that resulted in cost savings without affecting the overall quality intent of the project. Burton Construction provided value engineering in concrete, masonry, thermal protection, roofing, glass and glazing, curtain wall system, pre-cast parking structure, Mechanical design build and project Hardscape.

Kings Harbor was staffed with specific trade-oriented superintendents in order to focus on every major aspect of the project. We also carefully selected subcontractors who had a proven record and specialized in mixed-use type construction.
