Kings Harbor 6 & 7 is a two-story, 57,500 SF Class A office building with ground retail and attaches to a four-story, 96,000 SF parking garage.

The rotunda connects buildings 6 & 7 and introduces the impressive uniqueness of the project and serves as the architectural focal point for Kings Harbor. The buildings include metal sunshades, cast stone bands with GB35 Arriscraft Masonry. The clear-story includes exposed galvanized beams and decking.
