Oak Park Plaza is a three-story 60,000 SF tilt wall office building located in the Westchase District of Houston.

The building features a radiused exterior curtain wall system with canopies and architectural tilt wall pillars on two sides. The building is designed with high efficiency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, recycled materials, and abundant daylight throughout to achieve a 'GREEN' building status.

Architectural features that distinguish the building from others include a wood elevator corridor that has radiused edge features, floating acoustical ceiling throughout the lobby area, and a glass stainless monumental column featuring backlit frosted glass and a LCD building directory.

Oak Park Plaza received LEED Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Commission’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
